• Food: Please bring only the necessary amount of food for your dog’s stay. No need to bring extra bowls, toys, beds, or blankets — we have everything covered!

• Leash & Harness: Make sure to bring a leash and harness for your dog. This is the only personal gear we’ll need.

• Timing: When you drop off your dog, please provide us with the date and approximate time of arrival. This helps us plan accordingly for your dog’s stay.

• Arrival Notification: When you’re about 5-10 minutes away from our location, kindly send us a quick ETA text. This allows us to prepare for your arrival and bring your pup outside for drop-off.

Pick-Up:

• Timing: Please let us know your approximate pick-up time in advance so we can be ready.

• Arrival Notification: About 5-10 minutes before you arrive, please send us an ETA text. This gives us time to prepare your pup for pick-up and ensure everything runs smoothly.
