OUR POLICY

Cancellation Policy:

Clients must cancel or make changes to bookings at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee being applied.

Holiday and Peak Period Policies:

During holidays and peak periods, such as vacations or major events, availability may be limited. Clients are encouraged to provide advance notice of their holiday dates to ensure availability.

Intake Form Requirement:

All clients must submit a completed intake form via email prior to utilizing our services. This form provides essential information about the pet's health, behavior, and care needs.

Pick-Up and Drop-Off Policy:


Clients can pick up their pets until 9:00 AM without incurring any additional charges. For pick-ups later in the day, a daycare fee will be applied.

The drop-off time window is from 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM. Any drop-offs after this time, clients must contact us to request a late drop-off.

Pricing Policy:

Pets requiring medication will incur a daily fee. Please consult with us for specific pricing based on your pet's needs.

A flat fee of $15 will be charged for both pick-up and drop-off services.

Service Request Policy:

We require a minimum of 24 hours advance notice for all service requests, including dog walks, dog boarding, and any other service. This advance notice ensures that we can accommodate your pet's needs effectively.
